We establish long-term partnerships with farmers via contracts and provide them with the best farming techniques and practices according to the expertise of our agriculture department. The best raw materials are then selected ensuring correct vegetable maturity and desirable physical and chemical qualifications. Later on, our professional laboratory and food technologists closely supervise the manufacturing process to guarantee the application of all food safety measures until the packaging phase is reached. Thus, food traceability is permanent throughout the chain. In other words, we monitor our products from “seed” to “can”.
